Easy operation with a simulator
With the powerful simulator, your engineers can reduce their time on considering applicable bending procedure they used to. They just need to enter the basic parameters such as XYZ coordinates. The simulator considers the collision avoidance method and generates the bending data suitable for the tube/pipe. CB series is the bender which can find a solution by itself and be termed as “Smart equipment”. *Note:The simulation software requires video graphic card memory.
Innovative peripheral equipment and software
We are developing peripheral equipments associated with a bender, such as CAD Preprocessor and 3D measurement. In the future, it will be possible to offer a bending system consisting of a bender and peripheral equipments. Currently, operators need to read XYZ coordinates of a tube/pipe from its design, enter the values to the bender and correct it manually after bending.
